There are three options for burials at St. Joe Cemetery

IN-GROUND BURIALS

commonly known as BURIAL LOTS

MAUSOLEUM BURIALS 

commonly known as CRYPT BURIALS

and

BURIAL FOR CREMAINS

BURIAL LOT PRICING

Owner can place a single headstone at the head of these burial plots

TWO GRAVE LOTS $1980

Owner can place a monument containing both names at the head of these burial plots

MULTIPLE GRAVE LOTS CAN ALSO BE PURCHASED

  THE COST FOR THESE GRAVE LOTS IS $47.50 PER SQUARE FOOT

All mausoleum crypts include the price for a bronze plaque with the name(s)

of the deceased and dates of burial printed on them

SINGLE CRYPT PRICES RANGE FROM $2,500 to $4,950 depending on the level (one thru 6) and location (inside or outside)

SIDE BY SIDE CRYPTS  RANGE FROM $4,595 to $8,995

depending on level  (one thru 6) and location (inside or outside)

Cremains can also be buried in a burial lot.  Cremains lot  $300

BURIALS FOR INFANTS

WITH ALL BURIALS THERE IS ALSO A COST FOR OPENING

AND CLOSING OF THE GRAVE SPACE

This cost is payable at the time of burial

Burial Lot   $600

Crypt Space:  $500

Cremains: $250

Funeral processions must be in the Cemetery by 2:30 PM Monday thru
Friday and 11:30 AM on Saturday to avoid the overtime changes of
$200.00 per hour.  Please contact the cemetery office regarding
overtime hours to get the total cost of the overtime.

FINANCING OF BURIAL LOTS AND CRYPTS

    While a great majority of people who purchase burial plots or crypts pay for them at the time of purchase, some people also choose to pay this cost over time.  St. Joseph Cemetery allows people to make payments over time with NO INTEREST charges.

GRAVES:  20% down and 20 payments

CRYPTS:  20% down and 24 payments
